Shipping Rates and Methods: 1.1 Within Australia: We offer a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10.00 for all orders within Australia. This rate applies regardless of the size or weight of your order. We utilize Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier for domestic orders. If you meet the threshold for free shipping, you will not be charged any shipping fee and that discount will be applied at checkout.
1.2 Express Shipping. We offer Express Shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15, if orders are placed before 12 noon the order will be shipped the same day, this is an estimate and may vary during peak times.
1.3 NEW ZEALAND FREE SHIPPING with orders over $80AUD New Zealand shipping.
1.4 International Shipping: FREE SHIPPING for orders over $80AUD For our international customers, Please note that this rate applies to most countries, but there may be exceptions or additional charges for certain destinations. We utilize Australia Post for international shipping as well.
Processing Time: 2.1 Order Processing: Once you have successfully placed your order, please allow 1-7 business days for regular shipping for our team to process and prepare your shipment. This processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time. Express Shipping option orders placed before 12noon will be shipped the same day. This is an estimate and may vary during peak times.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3.1 Within Australia: After the processing period, the estimated delivery time for orders within Australia is generally 2-5 business days. Express Shipping generally arrives the next business day. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the postal service.
3.2 International Shipping: The estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 6-15 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Shipment: 4.1 Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website or through your local postal service's tracking system.
Order Modifications and Address Changes: 5.1 Order Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your order, such as adding items or updating your shipping address, please contact our customer support team here as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
5.2 Address Changes: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: 6.1 Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@alarna.au, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. However, Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure you have a secure place to leave the parcel if you are not home. Once a delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed, and we rely on their confirmation. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items marked as delivered. Thank you for understanding.
6.2 Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with the investigation and resolution process, please provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
